This Privacy Policy describes how Fly-splosion ("the App") handles information when you use the game.

Information We Collect

The App does not ask you to create an account and does not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone audio, camera data, or precise location.

We do not operate user accounts, collect contact information through the App, or provide chat, forms, or user-generated content features.

The App stores your high score locally on your device so it can be shown in the game. This local score file is not sent to us.

If you sign in to Apple Game Center, the App may submit your score to Apple Game Center leaderboards and display Game Center leaderboard information. Leaderboard scores and related Game Center profile information may be visible to other Game Center users according to Apple Game Center settings. Game Center is provided by Apple, and your use of Game Center is governed by Apple's privacy practices.

The App uses Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob and its advertising partners may collect or receive information from your device and from your interactions with ads, including device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, ad interaction data, app interaction data, crash data, diagnostic data, and performance data. This information may be used to provide, measure, personalize, and improve ads, to limit ad frequency, to prevent fraud and abuse, and for analytics and diagnostics.

The App may use AdMob mediation partners, including Meta Audience Network and Liftoff Monetize/Vungle, to help serve ads. These partners may process information according to their own privacy policies.

Ad networks and mediation partners may collect information directly from your device under their own policies. We do not control their independent processing of information.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to:

• run the game and display your local high score;
• submit and show leaderboard scores through Apple Game Center, if you use Game Center;
• show ads in the App;
• measure ad performance and prevent advertising fraud;
• diagnose crashes and improve ad SDK performance.

The App uses third-party services that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

We do not control third-party advertising or platform services, but we disclose them here so users can review their privacy practices and choices. Please review their privacy policies for more information.

We do not sell personal information that we directly collect. Advertising partners may process information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes as described in their own policies.

Tracking and Advertising Choices

On iOS, you can manage app tracking permission in the Settings app. You can also limit or reset advertising identifiers using the privacy settings available on your device.

Ad personalization may also be managed through Google and other advertising partner settings where available.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not provide accounts, chat, forms, or user-generated content where users can submit personal information to us. If you believe we have received personal information from a child, please contact us and we will delete any such information from records we control.

Data Retention

The local high score remains on your device until you delete the App or the App's data.

Scores submitted to Apple Game Center are handled by Apple. Advertising and diagnostic data collected by third-party ad services is retained according to those services' policies.

Data Deletion

You can delete the App from your device to remove locally stored App data, including the local high score.

To manage or delete Game Center information, use your Apple account and Game Center settings. For information handled by advertising partners, use the privacy controls and contact methods provided by those partners. We can only delete information from records we control.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a new effective date.
